1..They all work but the better ones have more functions and are more user friendly...

2..They all find the same channel info when u do a scan..

3..They all go down (scrambled or bad channel)if changes are made in the way the satellite sends the stream..

4..Clone receivers will be the last to get new bins..

5..New software upgrades are free and readily available on the internet..some websites sell support..DO NOT BUY IT..

6..Be SURE that the upgrade file is the right one for the receiver u have before writing it to your receiver...u don't want a door stop..
